Adv. NGARAMBE John (MBA, LLB, Dip. ILPD)
A practicing Advocate handling litigation and legal advisory work across corporate and commercial transactions, labor, and family law. He bring over 22 years of experience in diplomacy and international relations, including postings abroad as a Diplomat, with expertise spanning investment mobilization, international investment and trade, labor migration, and peace and security.
At the African Union, Adv. Ngarambe participated in negotiating the establishment of major continental initiatives, including the Continental Free Trade Area (CFTA) and the free movement of people and goods across Africa —gaining first-hand insight into both the challenges and opportunities of intra-African trade. This work involved close coordination with other AUC organs, Regional Economic Communities, strategic partners, and UN agencies such as UNECA on a wide range of activities aimed at addressing these challenges.
Adv. Ngarambe experience also also includes the design and administration of donor-funded programs and projects, as well as negotiating mutually beneficial agreements and Memoranda of Understanding, and advising international and regional organizations on their legal status in host countries.
Over the course of his diplomatic career, he built a rich network of contacts spanning nearly every African nation and several European countries.
