Associate and Head of Case Management at Certa Law chambers, with over 8 years of experience in the Rwandan legal sector, with Proven expertise in Business law, advising Banks and micro-financial institutions, commercial litigation, corporate compliance, representing clients in both ordinary and military courts, as well as overseeing complex case management processes from filing to execution. Jean Bosco holds a Bachelor of Laws and LL.M.

in Business Law, both from the University of Rwanda, as well as a Diploma in Legal Practice and Development from the Institute of Legal Practice and Development (ILPD).

He has obtained various certifications, such as:  Legal Excellence in Banking and Finance  Digital Forensic and Electronic Evidence Handling for Lawyers.Guide to Media Laws in Rwanda. He is a member of the Rwanda Bar Association and the East African Law Society.
