Celine Izabayo is a multidisciplinary professional with a combined background in Finance, Administration, and Law. She currently serves in a Finance and Administrative capacity at CERTA Law, where she contributes to institutional operations through structured financial oversight and organizational coordination.
Celine holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (Finance) from the University of Rwanda and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Kigali Independent University (ULK). She is currently enrolled at the Institute of Legal Practice and Development (ILPD), where she is further strengthening her legal expertise.
Prior to joining CERTA Law, she held administrative roles at Rwagasabo Safaris and the Rwanda Water and Sanitation Corporation (WASAC), gaining valuable experience in structured corporate environments and operational support.
